003 - Skullbone

Skull Bone is known well in District 4. For looking into his deep set, blood red eyes for too long will turn you into a pile of squadge. Most folks give him a wide berth, however recently, groups of teenagers have taken upon themselves to dare who can stare the longest, without liquifying. At present, the record is held by 17 year old, Tania Trent, with an eye watering 24 seconds. However, she did lose a toe in the stare off, and now speaks with a lisp.
